APPENDIX E - FINAL INSPECTION PROCEDURES

As described in Appendix F, the Repair Order is used to track all inspection procedures. Final inspection of all work described on the work order is performed by either Scott Grassette or Brian Marcum and noted on the Repair Order.  In no case is the person performing the final inspection the person who performed the work.

The modification or installation being performed, inspection verifications and NMEDA labeling information are all recorded on the Repair Order.
