APPENDIX D - IN-PROCESS INSPECTION

A Repair Order accompanies each vehicle through the entire modification process. It includes:

1. Vehicle description (VIN)

2. A brief line description of all work to be do done.

3. A space next to each item to be initialed and dated when the work is complete.

4. A space for the QA Manager to initial and date when he checks the work.

5. A space to enter the NMEDA label number.

6. Spaces for the date work was started, and for the date the label was applied.
