APPENDIX A - QUALITY CONTROL ORGANIZATION

Brian Marcum (President) is responsible for the overall management of the dealership, and as such, maintains overall responsibility for quality assurance.  In situations where Brian Marcum should perform work on a vehicle, Scott Grassette (Vice President) is responsible for the quality assurance of that job.

Scott Grassette (Lead Welder) is responsible for all quality assurance operations related to vehicle structural modifications and welding.  In situations where Scott Grassette should perform welding on a vehicle, Brian Marcum (Shop Manger) is responsible for the quality assurance of that job.

Scott Grassette (Receiving Manger) and Brian Marcum (Receiving Manger) are responsible for receiving, inspecting and accounting for all incoming materials and components.

Brian Marcum (Equipment Installer) is responsible for final inspections and installation of the NMEDA label.  In situations where Brian Marcum performed the work on the vehicle, Scott Grassette (Equipment Installer) is responsible for final inspections and installation of the NMEDA label.

In no case shall the person performing work on the vehicle be the person to perform inspections or apply the NMEDA label.
