Columbus Mobility Specialists offers this product because safety is the primary concern of the design and manufacture of the EZ Lock wheelchair restraint system.  Numerous safety features have been built into the system such as visual and audible indicators and alarms, dependable solid state electronics, an ignition inhibited release circuit and an emergency manual release.

EZ Lock has been providing dependable all steel construction wheelchair restraints since 1986, providing freedom of mobility with safety, but without the attachment of cumbersome straps to the wheelchair.  The basic EZ Lock system consists of two primary components, one based in the vehicle acting as a receiver and the other mounted on the wheelchair.

EZ Lock even makes it possible to drive from a wheelchair when a front stabilizer is used to limit rocking or side to side movement (properly fitted lap and shoulder belts must be used to provide complete restraint).  Simple controls with easy to press tactile switches mean that an attendant is not required to engage or release the system.

Please contact us today to have EZ Lock installed in your vehicle and get the independence you deserve.
